In 2013, the Department for the Protection of Small and Medium Businesses began to work in the RF CCI.

On October 10-12, 2013, the XIII International Business Forum (VertolExpo EC) was held in Rostov-on-Don, in which the Vector Marine Electronics, Ltd took an active part. According to the results of the competition conducted by the Administration of the Rostov region, the Vector Marine Electronics, Ltd became the winner and was awarded the diploma "The Best Entrepreneur of the Don of 2013" - the winner of the prize "BUSINESS DONA".

Vector Marine Electronics, Ltd completed the development of a mini-simulator fish-searching equipment (RPA). At the end of May 2013, the first delivery of the RPA mini-simulator to the BGARF navigation department was carried out.

The RPA mini-simulator is designed to concretize and consolidate theoretical knowledge by cadets and students studying the specialties of Navigating and Industrial Fisheries when studying the disciplines of “Instruments for searching and controlling fishing gear”, “Hydroacoustic fish-searching devices”, etc. It is a software installed in a computer lab classroom using a local area network. With the help of this software, the exploitation of the operational capabilities of the modern fish-searching equipment (fish-searching sonar for circular observation, fish-searching sonar and trawling probe) is carried out.

Vector Marine Electronics Ltd. was in for a municipal competition "The best entrepreneur of city of Taganrog" and became a winner in the category "The best innovation enterprise"

Vector Marine Electronics, Ltd. participated in the IXth International Exhibition and Conference on Hydroaviation held in town of Gelendzhik (Russia).
XIIth International business forum on Don devoted to the 75th anniversary of Rostov region was held on September, 13-15 at the exhibition centre "VertolExpo".
In frame of the forum, the IXth interregional exhibition of innovations "High Technologies – XXI" took place in which Vector took part. Exhibition visitors could be familiar
with presentations of Vector's advanced products and achievements in the field of innovative developments.

Dolgov Alexander Nikolaevich, director-chief designer of Vector Marine Electronics, Ltd, was rewarded for his significant contribution to progress, development and prosperity of the Russian Federation and included in the international encyclopedia “Best people” annually issued in the Ukraine, Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan in which a complete overview on achievements of citizens of these countries is given.
